Term & Conditions :
  • The above monthly rate is Thai Baht currency including 10% service charge, 7% taxes VAT., Maid service with linen & towel changes twice a week, and guest can use the facilities provided such as gym room, (sauna & stream rooms), Swimming pool with Hot Jacuzzi and validity until end of December 2017.
  • One month advance rental will be collected prior or on arrival. (Cash, credit card or Bank transfer).
  • For Stay 1- 5 months :> One month security deposit is payable prior to or on arrival. For stay above 6 months :> Two months security deposit is payable prior to or on arrival. (Cash or credit card)

Additional Charges :
  • Extra bed charge THB 800++ / night or THB 10,000 net / month (Bed only without Breakfast)
  • Additional breakfast for adult will be charged Baht 260++ / person / day
  • Additional breakfast for children between 7-12 years will be charged Baht 160++ / child / day
  • Utilities, For overload usage of utility with above than the allowance provided of each apartment types, it will be additional charged direct to guest’s account as follow;- Electricity THB 8.- / unit (inclusive of VAT). Free utility allowance for One Bedroom type is THB 3,000 net / month, Two Bedroom type is THB 4,000 net / month and Three Bedroom type is THB 5,000 net / month. (None any compensation or refundable and collection incase of used less than of the utilities’ allowance).
